I am not sure if I get it?
Are you planning to render this building in Octane and do you like to discuss how?
How did you make this visual.. What modeller, renderer and postproduction?

Good start my friend. Couple thoughts:

Make sure you set the time of day so that you'll get some shadows on the building. Shadow can be a nice compositional tool and create contrast.

Spend more time on creating your material, add specular/gloss/bump maps.

Attention to detail. Your background is very noisy, the ground textures are very low resolution and/or blurry, there is a funny looking line-layer that seems to be offset from the image.

Your overall composition is pretty good, but it's all about paying attention to detail, there is no cutting corners.

Good luck.
