Hello!
I'm very interesting in Octane render to use it in Poser.
I download the demo standalone and plug,
If the peoples and hair render well, I have very often white uniforme texture in the props and clothes. In another way, some props didn't render at all if they are more than one , only one is rendered and loaded in the tree.
I posted in renderosity forum and had the advice to change my graphic card. I bought a GTX 670 4 GO
But no changes.
Even iF the materials dont render well they seems to be correctly loaded in the material tree of the plug.
Reading the posts here I have undestood that the conversion of the material is not so easy because of differents nodes . I also read that the new built of the software is more powerful.
So is it only an issue with the demo version ?
Or ,as the nodes are differents, is it impossible to import some materials (nearly all for me)?
I will not have the courage to rebuilt all textures.
So before buying the software and the plug I would like to know if I've a chance to have better results and if my configuration can't handle the soft.
Intel 4 Core i7CPU- 12 GO of RAM-Win 7 64 bit pro
Thanks
Texture from Poser

Hi. Sorry - I missed this msg. Is this a repeat of the question at Renderosity? If so, did the answer I provided there solve your issue?
