License activation problem

So I was able to activate my license on my desktop and then had to use my laptop. The desktop is not booting right now and needs hardware fixed but I was not able to deactivate octane on that machine so now I cant activate octane on my laptop. So what are my options?

did you send an e-mail to license at refractivesoftware dot com ? I'm sure they can de-activate it for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. Will do that. I didnt realize how problematic this could be incase a hardware failure occured and octane wasnt deactivated there.
Dont have this problem with other online activation schemes.

We will provide a way of resetting activation through the customer area. In the mean time, send us a mail with your OctaneLive account details and we'll process it.
