I am trying to get the palm leaves here to look right. I am sure I overlooked somethingI can get it right in C4d but it does not render right in Octane. Any ideas?

use Octane material, put imagetexture to opacity with alpha image or white/black images for opacity. Tou use alpha of image, you may change mode of imagetexture to alpha

Sorry I am not seeing it. I tried setting the texture to Alpha but you can see the leaves do not show up.

for best result don't use images directly but load the octane "image-texture" node first, in the lower field you could specify the type like image (rgb), float (grayscale) and alpha (if the image has one) ;)

think at octane nodes like c4d shaders, so if you click the arrow near the texture field, go to c4doctane/imagetexture ;)
here you can find all the octane nodes like turbulance and so on.

Not sure why mine are not the same. My leaves are barely visible on the trees. I tried both of these
