Night render ! tips for rendering at night ? (update 10-5)

Who would have a night sky in HDRI format ? and tips for rendering at night?

Ps: do not rely on environment textures, it is just set speed for the test. no adjustments.

offsetting target (You can find this in camera settings, if I rem good =p
other idea: well, I'd probably go for blue & yellow coloring,
'cos that's what You end up with if the night is not completelly blacked out
