Have you tried manual focus? What you can do is set the focus on the mirror, switch to manual focus, and then double the Focal Distance. This assumes your target is the same distance as the camera. You basically add distance from camera to mirror to distance from mirror to subject.

You can find Focal Distance in the camera tab of DAZ Studio under OctaneRender.

For Harsh Edges, turn off 'Use base geometries' in the OctaneRender Preferences tab. Then in DAZ Studio under Parameters, switch Mesh Resolution to the maximum (3). That will turn on max subdiv.

For noise it is usually a mix of small light emitters and glossy surfaces. Playing with ray-epsilon sometimes helps as well.
