Looks good osmose. Though I would suggest two changes:
1) Replace the bumps that make up the eyes and pupil with separate geometry. The rough transition between the white of the eye and eye socket makes Alfred look like a vinyl toy.
2) Add nails to the fingers in a similar fashion as the toes.
