Cinema 4d r13 crash

HI all
i'm searching for someone that could help me to solve crashes i have when i launch rendering.
I have bought c4d plugin yesterday, updated standalone version, updated drivers of my GTX680 4gb
but when i try to render the same scene that my friend Raphael Rau render without problems, my C4D crashes.
It crashes also when i start live render,
please help me.

did you activated c4d plugin? can you show me crash capture? which c4d version you use?

yes of course I activated the plugin, I use c4d r13 studio, I have the same problem when i try to render scene "instance-grass1" of the sample scene zip.

can you make render any scene?

Yes i can render any other scenes, it's possible that cinema crashes when i try to render scenes made in cinema 4d r14?

can you try for instancing? With a tree model in cloner, check on render instance option.

We found some other plugin causes this crash.
