Cant open first octane copy after we purchase another one

I bought my first OctaneRender license at 2012-08, and activated it on a Windows machine.

Yestoday I purchase another license and active it on a Linux machine. And everything is OK.

But today when I opened OctaneRender on Windows, an error message showed as follow:

And then, I tried to open OctaneRender on Linux, the same message showed the same (as above)

Please help me solve it, thanks.
