You mean this one? This is a list of transforms that describe location, rotation and scale for each scattered instance.
What 3d modeling application do you use?
The 3d modeling application needs a script to output these for loading into octane.
So you need something like this (for blender): http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=22656
to export the instance transformations.
The technical details are on page 127 of the 1.10 manual.
