I guess it has been asked before... but I would like to know if there are plans for doing this...
From MAX ->export to OCS -> import to standalone and....
a way for MAX to read and import OCS files...

That would be great... even if it means changing the format, it's not like .ocs have been backwards-compatible, ever.

This already exists with Maxwell Render. I can import .mxs file in MAX scene, even external reference... Also, there is the option to export to MXS file, to work with in Maxwell Studio (like Octane standalone).
