try to copy one cool design i saw on web many years ago, don't know his name because his sign is little bit complicated for me. and i think one of his picture spend---don't know how much time with maxwellrender. but with octancerender you need just 2mins.
Good start, but if I were you I'd watch my reflective and bump settings - maybe lower the power of bump and lower the IOR a bit - I think it looks more like recently-melted-tar than parkett.

...and also using a more detailed UV/bump map could help.
