Yes, You are right ~Daniel. It is hard to see what's there but that was the idea when I set up the lights for the scene. Maybe I should have explained a bit more in my first post.
So, the product is : wired mannequin stand. I used this before in the image below.

I would add more DOF to the wired mannequin stand still to make the wall less readable.

Thanks ~pixym for your comment. Actually I don't know how to add DOF so the wall is blurred and the stand is not. When I change the value of the aperture it does not blur the wall but only the stand. Don't actually know what I'm doing wrong.

Use the focus picker (near the object picker) and click on the stand to put it in focus.
