This is a VERY weird problem. I noticed this a while ago, but wasn't sure what to make of it. But it just happened again and now I KNOW I'm not going crazy. The question is not whether or not this is a bug, but whether the bug is in Windows7 or in Octane v1.02.

In the attached jpg are some consecutive save-outs of an ongoing render. Since they all share the same basic name except for the elapsed time, I find it quicker to just click on a pre-existing file name at save time, then just change the elapsed time to match what Octane reports.

But notice that the time stamps for two of the files reported by Windows are reversed from what Octane says the elapsed time was when they were saved. Windows says the file with elapsed time of 19h 42m was saved BEFORE the file with elapsed time of 17h 22m! I know precisely when I saved the 19h 42m file...it was exactly the time shown for the 17h 22m file! So what happened was that when I saved the 19h 42m file, the older file was given the new name and the new file was saved with the old name! I immediately followed up with another save for elapsed time 19h 48m, and its time stamp in Windows was correct for that one.

Now it IS possible that I had inadvertently did the following: Clicked on the old file which then placed it down in the filename textbox of the save window. Then mistakenly edited the file name up in the file list instead of in the textbox. That WOULD have flipped the two file names at save time. In that case, that would make it a treddie bug! :)

Has anyone else seen this?
