Demo Version Save Dir?

Hi all, I am using the demo version still, when I save a render to disk where is the default location? I hit the button but not sure if its saving and cant find where to change that location?

The demo has certain limitations.
1)Renders are fixed at 1000x600
2)You can't save the rendered images or projects.
3)The online material library is disabled
