With haïr and fur, convert to géomètry to render.
Daylight system Is under octane section in control panel, create, lights
For instances, right clic on object, octane proporties and check radio button.

octane movable proxy allows the object to move interactively in the octane animation window.

If you do not check this button the mesh will remain in the same place as you scrub the animation bar or move it. You would have to reload the viewport every time you want to see a change.

So set lights and all objects to movable proxies and you get a far more interactive workflow as you move things around or change lighting.
