Is there a way to render alpha (leaves, grasses, decals etc) when rendering the Z-Depth pass? I have a forested area and the Z depth shows all the squares on my leaves! If not, this would be a must have feature in the future!

I just tested this and opacity works in the depth channel for a simple material but not with a mix material (which I'm assuming you are using for the leaves) even when both input materials share the same opacity map. Sounds like a bug in the engine that the OTOY developers will need to fix.
