Before I buy the standalone because I dont use 3ds or maya, I want to ask if a version for blender will be avaliable on near future, since I make animations and cycles slow me down it would be great to have octane on blender, if anyone have an estimate date of release it would be great.
Anyway, thanks.
There will be an octane for blender on a short future?

There is an export script available. Its slow for animations because you need to export each frame individually (but it automates it for you). The import process into octane for each frame can take several min, creating a bottleneck.
However, this is still probably faster than Cycles, as long as you have a good graphics card.
