Can we use an ies light for simulating sun? sometimes I do not want to use physical sky but sun.

Please don't try it yourself !!
Playing with sun is too dangerous. 8-)

I tried . it's just an idea. I didn't get good results and I want to ask maybe somebody tried and get good results

Well to answer more seriously, then you could try using a small one sided geometry with strong emitter material applied.
