Finally iray team decided to port some Octane features...

http://blog.irayrender.com/

in the meanwhile I'm testing the latest vray-rt beta (2.35.01)...and I'm crying...

RC Max Live works better than vray-rt but need someone that do some decent debug, in one day I've found about 20 bugs (2.0.2), 2.03 is in testing

Soon I'll do a video comparison between these 3 engines with an huge Max scene.

Stay tuned.

hi, Gabriel,

as for iRay, interesting..
though barelly usefull..

VrayRT is ment for light/mat preview, not for final renders..
there's no need to compare as we know the winner here =p

RC Arion is somewhat interesting though, their priceing policy is tempting too
- looking forward to get my hands on that one day for sure =)

(Jeff Patton posted nice test with that not so long ago =)
