I have two questions:
1. is the 3D Connexion Mouse support of Octane?
2. For LightWave 3D will be a similar plugin like for Max?

Yes, there is support for 3D mice of Connexion in Octane. And as far as I know there is currently nobody working on an integration of Octane into Lightwave (unfortunately).

I have the 3DConnexion SpacePilot and am using it successfully with the Demo version, however it is VERY sensitive and I have to adjust the settings each time I use OCTANE Demo because the settings can't be saved...
