Ok, here's my problem.
After launching the render from the max scripy I'm getting the authorize batch file request from XP.
Not a problem as such but as my octa.bat/oct.bat files do not permanently nreside in my project folder I
always have to reauthorize them ( no way to do this permanently !?) to get Octane running and rendering from max 2011.
No big deal with one single render but crazy when doing anims as you can easily figure out.
How to make XP/vista/7 to permanently authorize oct.bat ?
Win XP sp 3 X86
MAX 2011/10/9

Besides that having lots of fun with speed and precision but loosing some frames when doing turntables or daylight anims
( not really loosing them but getting about 1O frames out of 100 THAT STOPPED SAMPLING TO EARLY.

Thx Radiance, will wait for 2.3. for turntables.
Any idea concerning the oct.bat popoup ?
Sorry but in fact I haven't been precise in my question cause the oct.bat issue concerns only rendering
anims(or stills) from max of cause
