I dont think the ipad if floating becaue the bottom is not flat from ipad1.

the ipad is floating clearly, I am looking at one in front of me and doesnt look like that.. this than is ipad1 since that one has square edges like iphone4 - ipad 2 and 3 have rounded bottoms just like iphone 3.. but nevermind its OK..
also I am noticing you are using lights that go in both directions - I know you probably needed to provide more light sources - and they look good - those lights usually light up the bottom part only, but there are probably those that do it in both directions - noticed just because I have similar issues with lights - hope that new optimized kernel for interiors comes out soon enough, interiors are awfully slow even with 4 gpus
