Finally I new commissioned project to show I did with the nice Octane Render!
It's a renovation project for an old urban area occupied by an old military building. Some of the old buildings will be removed and this architectural beauty I visualized will be part of the area. Its seven levels height with frosted glass facades on the upper areas and 137 apartments for sale.

I did visualization of exterior, ground parking levels, all interiour levels overview renderings including the ground shops. A special goodie was to make a turntable movie of each or the 137 apartments with furniture (nothing fancy) and a still image which will go on a sales website so people can rotate the specific apartment they like to buy 360°. It was a lot of rendering. About 30-90min for one turntable with my two 580GTX cards. Calculate yourself how long it took. ;)

Here are the two most interesting renders (client liked it colorfull and a bit illustrative with not so much stuff going on around the building):

And a screencap for one of the apartments:

Nice!
But, I think the clouds you chose are a bit distracting, maybe use some kind of more "normal" clouds.

Also, top image looks awesome, but second image looks like it has too much light on the left side of the building.

(maybe not important, maybe client would want to see the building better vs total photo realism)
