Ok, so after finding/reading the PDF about the Octane for Maya plugin, I've gotten the render window to work but now my problem is getting my textures to display on my models in my model view. The renderer will render my textures, but I can't see them live on my model. What am I doing wrong here?

Nothing wrong.;) It is normal, in this version image textures are not displayed in the model view, colors only. It will be added in next versions.

That's too bad. That really messes up my workflow.

I have to be honest, I would not have purchased this plugin if I had known that I could not see my textures on my models in the model view.

I will just be using the exporter until that aspect is included because the "Octane for Maya" plugin is just not a workable solution yet.

Essentially we are left to render our scenes to see if things are mapped correctly or use Maya shaders to check our UV placement? Not Good. Octane is fast but not that fast enough for it not to be annoying.
