hello, what am I doing wrong?
I can not activate my octane (((I'm sending a letter to [email protected] with my ID number, but comes a letter with the following content:
Hi,

I can't find your details in our DB.
please forward your paypal purchase receipt.

did you send them the paypal receipt as they're asking?

well, I think you should scan the letter and send the pdf to RefractiveSoft along with your forum name and your machine ID.

I think you could either forward that mail to RS (with your additional info, as we said before) or save the mail in rtf/pdf format and attach it to a new mail...

Hi guys,

This is usually because people send license requests from other mail adresses than the ones they purchased with.
When we receive a request from an unknown person, we ask for proof, so it's always a good idea to use the same email adresses.

Hmmm.. reading this post, I think I might have a problem too, since my Paypal address is not the one registered here. I bouhgt Octane last night with Paypal, and I'm purple since this morning, but haven't received any download link yet. Of course, it's very new, but maybe, I'm going to have the same problem....What should I do? wait a little longer and then contact Sales?

Hi,

Please contact us if you haven't gotten your mails, i've been sick during the last days AND we've had problems with our payment provider (paypal),
so things have gotten a bit screwed up.
If anyone still does'nt have a key or activation, just mail us and we'll solve the issue asap.
