Hi All

Here it's my first test with Octane :D Maybe no the best but I have chosen a portrait although octane does'nt support SSS yet.

I always thought subsurface scattering was overrated for skin, and your image shows why. It looks great without SSS.

Sure, some subtle SSS does make a difference, but most people go crazy and end up with wax figures.

skin in octane depends much on the texture and lightning :) You did great !!

@Chris_TC : Yeh it's true , it's not so easy to setup correctly a SSS. Mlody mentions it , a good skin aspect is often a good lighting and texturing.

@Mlody : Waoh I hadn't realize yet. But i'm honored , crysis it's the best fps :geek:
