Hello everyone,
new personal work, simple interior.
As a reference I was inspired by an image found on the internet, I do not remember the name of the study, but I was pleasantly surprised and I adapted to my taste.
Apart from the Eames chairs, all modeled by me on XSI.
Render with Gtx580 +590 and photoshop.
Cooking image from 3.30 to 5 h.
Lighting with HDRI.

C&C are welcome.

very nice renders, (except the last one, it doesn't feel like it is from the same quality as the rest).
The first one and second one are very nice. Specially the lamp on the right and the concrete ground.

Nice renders apart from one simple thing that do distracts from the quality of Your works.

And that thing is horizon line =) your vanishing point isn't sitting on it, and that makes the images look unstable..
Have you rotated or any other way tried to manipulate the hdr? =)

fantastic atmosphere, sharp and contrasted.

The bump on walls is too much regular...

you photoretouched it in photoshop?

what tonemap you used?

I don't think that the background behind the windows is the hdr map.

From where the hdr light passes?

I like the scene a lot too. Especially the floor texture. Where I'd you get it? I need such a concrete for a project. :)

So, let's see if I can answer all questions:

We start from the most frequently asked question.
The floor is on materaile LiveDB! :o
eheheh yesssss 8-)
Tomorrow I shall tell you the name, was one of latest to be loaded. I modified it slightly to create the effect you see.

@Polder: Tnx for the comment. The last image is forced, I agree with u.

@Elvis: The texture is part of the Arroway dvd.

@glimpse: Tnx a lot. It 's true. The background distracts. Honestly I did not even put it at the beginning. There has been a part studied. Inserted in photoshop.
would you have any tips on improving?

@Gabriel: Thanks a lot Gabriel!
Almost all my images have high contrast and sharp, maybe not pleasure but I really like the character of the scene.
The bump of the bricks is desired, an artificial coating.
The light enters from the right of the map, please refer to the front scene.
No color balance in this case.
The background I added later, the same map used in the scene, the same position. I only have "exaggerated" trying to give an effect overexposure .. Initially did not want to put anything ..

The objective of this test was the use of lighting and hdri IES lights, trying to get a good time / quality.
I used the kernel PMC.
Thanks again to everyone for the comments. If you give me tips on how to improve these little tricks that would be grateful, especially to be able to improve and refine the self-analysis of my images.
