I'm waiting for my new PC (see in signature) and I would like to ask you some things, no experience with two GPU on the same system.
Do I need to install two different video driver for the Quadro (used for display) and the Geforce? Or they can share the same one?
My monitor accept more than one input, is it possible to connect both cards or the CUDA one should be disconnected? It's only to play Crysis when not using Octane.....
Is there a way to disable one graphic card (Fermi) for noise/power consumption issue, in case not necessary for rendering?
Sorry for all this questions and thanks in advance.

you'll have to install the quadro performance drivers, and the geforce drivers.
I recommend you put the quadro in the 1st PCI-E slot, and connect that one to your monitor(s).
Leave the GTX without a monitor for octane render use...
