Hi,

After a few weeks, I have just update to the new version of Octane, but the problem is that all my scene are blacks now...

I have a 64 bits Windows 7 and a GTX470

Probably not the issue, but try re-installing the nvidia drivers. I had an issue where the openGL files got corrupted somehow and the preview window would just be black. Granted I had a message popup saying so, but there might be something with the different OS's.
System 1: EVGA gtx470 1280Mb and MSI gtx470 1280 in Cubix Xpander for Octane, AMD 945, 4Gb Ram
All systems are at stock speeds and settings.

yeah, maybe use the driver sweeper tool and reiinstall the latest drivers from the main nvidia download page.
