Hi everyone,

a very common subject as I have it right under my nose everyday .
Modeling is undergoing, so the model is a little bit rough here and there (shading and smoothing errors) and obviously unfinished.
No textures yet either...

hi Radiance, yes I've seen it and the details are amazing!
But this is a more minimalist design so I'm not sure to push it that far. But I have some ideas for texturing details.
Anyways, small update.

After many developments and improvements in the XSI plugin, my model starts to look like it should in Octane :) . Time to finish that one and call it a day.

Very decent and subtile ! I like it ;)

Maybe you could try placing it onto white studio setup ? It lacks contrast now when whole image is gray, the metal would stand up more on white diffuse background.

yep good suggestion you made there. I definitely need some background setup and to finish texturing and add a few details here and there.
thanks for C&C .

 I'll keep that in mind
I like the watch, and I like the last render, that little red color for the hour mark is nice.
