Looks like there might be a problem rendering large arch-vis animations...
Rendering single frames was fine, but when I set a range of frames each new frame increased my system ram load by about 500 Mb. The vram load was 700 Mb, and it seems octane uses about 170 Mb just to open.
Here's a screenshot, each spike is a new frame rendering and eventually it will consume all of my 16 Gb system memory and crash...
The solution appears to be using backburner, but doesn't seem like it should be a requirement...

Also, it's sad face to see all those cpu cores not getting used for "transforming vertices"
