Here ya go......still not there yet....getting the skin to stand up in all lighting conditions is a real challenge. Skin in Octane (and all other render engines) is still very light dependant and tough to get right in low light conditions....real skin lights up as light passes into the dermis...it lights up the epidermis and subdermis. Shadows tend to be soft because of the SSS and skin more even as it gets light that spreads or washes across the body.
Please mess with the shaders and see what you get....love to see some other results as well.
My technique is start with getting the amount of SSS you want to see of the skin using a backlight. Once you nail that you can start working with getting the specular and roughness correct.

Any possibility of the render being redone without the SSS.
Because of the relative quality of textures and the none SSS specific settings there isnt any real way to know if youve struck gold with a setup or if its just damn good materials and lighting.
A render with/without and only SSS is trhe only way to know if were on the right track.

just FYI - you need to note nudity in the title, Don't need people getting in trouble if they have this on their screen at home or work when it's not appropriate.
Good looking render
