Hey guys, thanks for your continued help as I switch over to a max based workflow but I do have one more question....
whats the method for loading the IES files for the max plugin? I follow the same methods as the standalone octane, loading
a float image for the distribution but I can't view any of my IES files? Is there a different procedure? thanks again -abe

Actually I do have a question....Once I select an hdri file for a light I do not have the option of changing files. I press the filename to select a new ies light and nothing???? is this a bug?
While it is nice to see Octane becoming more integrater inside 3ds max I think I prefer the standalone take on ies... just my two cents

Probably It is a bug. Some times it happens.
Try to restart max.
