Win 64 Demo

No help files?
"Open" file is greyed out!
No example file, but couldn't "Open it" anyway.
OK! I give up. How do you test this Demo if you can't open a file?

You must import mesh from graph editor.
Open is for saved scenes you made with octane render and its not available in the demo.

So I can't save a scene therefor I can't open a scene.

So even if you incuded a demo sample i couldn't open it?

Why not 10 frigging days to evaluate it? After all it's not even a product yet. Geez

Right click where you see the nodes, go to add >> Objects >> Mesh and navigate to the obj file that you want to import, it's as easy as that. You can then use the material picker to select and edit your materials.

We have specified that demo users should watch the demo video on our videos page,
it's a complete tutorial.

If you can't read the provided instructions then there would'nt be much use of trying a software product would there ?

sorry for my english...I speak spanish...

I'm trying win 64 demo, but I couldn't find any example... I could import some obj from my computer, without troubles... but I'd like to try with the examples of video tutorials... can you help me?... I searched very carefully but this demo just installed octane, not the examples... I have refractive software folder, inside this octane render demo 1.22 x 64 and inside just octane files... there is no folder with demos....

another question, maybe stupid (I'm starting in this world), but I couldn't resolve it...I try to import 4 or 5 obj... they worked... but the last one was impossible to see because it was very very far... I only see a black line... no zoom is possible... it's an obj mistake?... I tried with meters, even kilometers when I imported the mesh... but I couldn't see it...
