Hi all,

The linux release of beta2 has suffered a few issues which are being fixed in the next 2.1 update.
This has created a situation where the linux octane users are at a disadvantage in the competition.

Is anyone ok with extending the competition say with an extra week, starting from the release date of 2.1 (which should be next week)

Yours,
Radiance

Don't need to extend it on my account. It became clear right after there were more than about 10 people in this community that I am completely outclassed. I won't be entering any competitions. I'm sure I don't speak for the other Linux users however...

If You dont compete with good ones , You will definetly not get better ;)

Cmon wheres Your spirit. Do it for fun at least.

I have no problem with prolonging. Couple more sleepless nights , and maybe some fresh idea. ;)

If we prolong the competition, why not prolong it till beta 2.2 with MLT support?
