Hi,
Just downloaded the demo to give it a try but have a problem in that File>Open is not available, it is greyed out. I have a GT8800 and have installed the latest nvidia drivers (197.13) together with the sdk pack and cuda toolkit but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas what might the problem might be?

thats for opening octane files, which you can't do with the demo. to load a mesh you need to use the graph view. its probably all explained in the pdf

To get a feel for the workflow in Octane, check out the Alpha and Beta videos on the "Videos" page (http://www.refractivesoftware.com/videos.html). They should give you a good feel on how to import your object and get going.
