@ jamestmather => thanks mate!
@ KaroBastardKiter =>
nice!
thanks!
it seems to me that the render is photoshopped quite heavily?
in photoshop :
1) levelled each R/G/B channel to my taste...
2) added a Lens Glare filter (top left)
3) added a Glow filter to give it a shiny and "romantic" feel
4) downscaled the saturation a bit
how did you do the grass?
1) in Sketchup I put the house on a plane with a grass texture
2) I did 2 renders : one with the house, one without (only the grass)
3) this way i could have 2 layers and mix them in Photoshop (using a clipping mask with a very smooth brush to get a smooth integration)
are the trees alpha plates of added afterwards?
those in the background were added afterwards in photoshop
those behind the camera (that project shadows on the walls) are alpha plates
is sky hdri?
same as above : added afterwards in photoshop
I just used the sun/sky environment in the original render
Hope this helps.
