The building looks a bit like a jail to me but I like the interior shot.
I would put more work in exterior lighting and the shelf(interior). The wood planks look too thick and the wood texture could be a bit thinner and darker from a design point of view.

nice renders, the interior one is really good, the exterior is nice, but is missing the strengh of the interior one. Good job!
