octane start error - connection problem

Hi everybody. i search around but i dont find nothing to solve this problem
My 2.52 verision does not want to start anymore.
It give me back this error "offline data is invalid. Please activate internet access and restart octanerender"
My internet connection works fine as the last rc.
Any help?

You could try the "testing" version, 2.55b which works (even thought the status is "offline"). Grab it here.

Hi tanks for reply.
By the way, as i said the rc 2.55b work fine, but i'm working on a scene created in 2.52 and i'ts a very complex scene, so i prefer complete the job there and start new project on the rc.
I've try to re-install 2.52 with the installer and the .rar but nothing change.

Sorry, haven't read the post to the end :)

I don't know really... If I try 2.52 I get the same problem as you. The only thing we can do is wait for an official reply. I think you can safely ope n your scene with 2.55b (the other way around might give you problems). Of course do backup first :)

OctaneLive has been down for a while, and the data saved for working offline is not compatible across versions. We have fixed the problem with our server, so all versions should now work.
