Hi
How about adding a 3D Connexion driver to manipulate the scenes. Much the most intuitive way to navigate the scene and there are a lot of these devices installed on Cad systems these days..

Yes please! I love my 3d mouse but it sux to have to switch back and forth between 3dmouse and normal mouse between C4D and Octane!

This has been talked of by Refractive a while ago but as yet nothing has arrived.
Its a pity they don't seem to have some time to do these small things that users would like.
I guess its on a list somewhere though...
If I had a complaint about Octane coding it would be the lack of following up on community suggestions.
Even just one or two little tweaks per release would be nice.

Roeland has added support for 3d connexion devices.
It will be in our next test release coming in a week or maybe 2 weeks...

with my space pilot pro I could check gpus temperatures and navigate with Octane at the same time!
