I bought a license now the Octane, and do not know what I do

I bought a license now the Octane, the site reports that I have a paid license, but I do not know what to do now have access to files.

after installing the commercial version of octane & running it the first time, it'll ask for your credentials (username/password)...

you need to register in the forum using the same login name you have used to create your customer account; just re-register here again with the exact name you used to login in the customer area on the refractive software homepage, then you should get access to the customer forums...

ps: the so called octane live account username and password are only needed to activate octane directly on your machine - they don't give access to the forum and aren't needed elsewere...

I still can not get in, I put the login and password and let me know it was a success, however the message that I'm not allowed in the forum, is it very recent purchase? in my area here in site reports that I have a paid license, but I can not go down, the company sends me a check authorization after the payment? would that be??

have you created two usernames, one for the customer area and one for the forum? if so, they need both to be the same and you need to register again with the forum, using your customer login. i'll forward this to the refractive software staff anyway, 'am sure the will help you...

I went to register again the way you told me to do, the more the message that the User name and email already exists, I see no other place to register and login to download the file.

I did everything I told you, I tried to re-register login with the same customer account, and he informs me that the email and User name is already in use, it is hard for me, I thought it was more practical, have sent several emails for the company and nothing, no resposta.O I do?

Hmm... marilu2011, to be sure you do all right:

If marilu2011 have black color you need to wait your purchase validation.
When all ok, it will be pink (purple?) color as all registered users*.

Thats suppose you buy license with same name and password as the forum;
if different, create forum account with name & password used to buy.

Then go to octanerender link on top of this page;
in Customer area zone, enter forum name & passw, login;
you now see your account profil; use the "OctaneLive Accounts" link
to see your OctaneLive username & passw (diff. than forum account)
here you can too activate/deactivate account if needed (new installation...)

*t_3 name is green because he is registered and moderator;
names with orange color are staff members.
