Super Chill Paul, thanx
And sorry, I won't use with caution, I'll eat it raw
The copy-paste of proxy settings to multiple Archicad objects works perfectly.
I did not realize that the rotation of the Archicad objects are projected on the proxy!!! Superfantastic
I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:
2.11.1.20
- Compiled against Octane 2.11.1
- Added Highlight Compression to the Imager settings (see Standalone release notes for details)
- Changes to render passes as per Octane Standalone
- Added additional Color Correction node pins (see Standalone release notes for details)
- Added additional kernel pin Static Noise (see Standalone release notes for details)
NOTE: The first time you run the 2.11.1 plugin you will give a Cuda error "Failed to load preferences from "C:\Users\....". Pls ignore this error.
I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:
2.11.1.21
- Fixed issue where changing a disconnected texture pin to Image may default the image name to a corrupt text string
- IMPORTANT: AC18 - Fixed issue where ALL materials were being considered to be GDL materials, and therefore the plugin was removing all material name characters after the first space
I have refreshed the installer at the top of this thread with:
2.11.1.22
- Added new 2.11.1 Noise texture node
- Fixed issue where after rendering with the Photorenderer when the Octane Viewport is open, the Viewport render did not restart after closing the Photorenderer
- Added "Report on all Proxies" option from the Materials tab menu. It lists the ID for each proxy host Object used in the scene. This ID can be used to select the host Object via the "Find and Select" screen, putting the ID as the IFC Property "Name"
- Fixed issue where "Save Rendertarget as Default" was not working if the current rendertarget had been saved to a View
- Stopped the "Texture" node being transferred when changing the Environment node from Texture Environment to Daylight (and vise-versa)
- Fixed AC16 error being displayed when caching materials
- Fixed issue where the resolution was being lost if changing saved view rendertargets when Resolution Lock enabled and "Scene Refresh on View Change:" was enabled
This would be a nice addition:
i.e. I select 12 objects in my scene and "re-convert selected materials from Archicad"\
instead of having to do it 12 times one by one.
