when using high-computation stuff like massive discplacement or motion blur with 32 time samplings per frame or super high poly trees instanced 100.000 times, stopping the render takes 20-30 seconds. if passes are enabled even longer. any way to speed this up?
i agree.
having 4 gpus. i like to use i.e. two instances of c4d parallel with 2 gpus each, when rendering a bunch of similar stills with different material setups. sometimes one c4d renders wired pictures like it gets mixed up with the other c4d... materials or lights/hdrs seem to move over to the other renderfile. anybody else having the issue?

i'm not use 2 c4d instances , but sometimes i have stranges horizontales stripes in picture viewer (never happened like this before 2.2 ), its like 2 renders are mixed.
i ll try to post a screenshot...
anyway i ve just updated from 2.14 to 2.22.2 ,i know i come after the "battle", but it is normal that the f-stop and aperture sliders are sync and move both together?
