I don't understand what you are speaking about... :roll:

When I pack a file, Octane makes a .ocp file, but the unpack feature is greyed in the File menu, and I can't unpack...
French Blender user - CPU : intel Quad QX9650 at 3GHz - 8GB of RAM - Windows 7 Pro 64 bits. Display GPU : GeForce GTX 480 (2 Samsung 2443BW-1920x1600 monitors). External GPUs : two EVGA GTX 580 3GB in a Cubix GPU-Xpander Pro 2. NVidia Driver : 368.22.

are you using 1.27? It shouldn't create an .ocp file in the first place, it's renamed to .orbx.

The unpack menu item is only enabled when there's actually a package loaded in Octane.

Thanks for your fast response. Damned... no, I was using 1.26 because I had understood that the packing feature was disabled in 1.27. Probably I misunderstood !

:arrow: Well, I tried with 1.27 and I get the same thing except that the file format is .orbx :

The following error message when importing the orbx file :

You can use it but we don't recommend using it for your projects because we're aware of some outstanding bugs. We don't want anyone to loose any work.

That's going to be fixed in 1.28, you should use "file > open" for the time being if you want to open a package.
