hi gabrielefx more samples where ? maxdepth or maxsamples ? becouse if i put in maxdepth i see firefly into my scene
thank you karba, i'll make the same scene into stand alone and i'll upload the image, one more thing, the roughness is so poor for me to do metals, if i do the same material with same values in stand alone is different the material look so realistic
please, can you give me a tip o trick to do better materials ?

I have set you an email with corrected scene.
You have to make light source geometry as simple as possible.
Now it looks like this
Hi Karba, does this apply to spheres as well?

in Max, when I add an octane light, there is no light cast at all, and I am having to use other objects as light sources, is that a bug?
