Hair definitely works, do you have studio ?

Yeah of course , i got the hairs but only the numbers of guides not the numbers of hair ,for the rastaman scene i got weird multicolor hair not frizz not really rastafari stuff

It will work properly in the Picture Viewer but not in the Live Viewer. See the documents, where it explains the setup & limitations.

even this new build wont run for me, as soon as I add a material it hangs cinema, if I add a scene nothing renders

did you removed old plugin files? Updated NVIDIA drivers? installed Standalone 2.0?

Yes , looks like i'm the only one there , like i said previously the hairs are there but i'm getting only the number of the guides but not the number of the hairs , for the rastaman scene i got flat hair with multicolor color
