OctaneRender™ for Blender 1.52 - 4.5 beta Win [OBSOLETE]
Here is the Blend file were the camera is fine in Blender, but exports with a shaky camera. Don't know if it is a OR4B problem, but I figured this might help.

Hi Kavorka, I have tested your file... I have noticed unnecessary X and Z loc keyframes as only Y is used on the path. I deleted them with no difference. I also tried to reset the curve path tilt (Alt-T) no change. Still shaky camera starting around Frame 365 in alembic import.
For my own, I NEVER use path curves. They are mainly intended to control objects motion over the curve by keyframing the time, and I don't find that handy. I use regular nurbs curves or Bezier curves.
I don't know if it can make a difference.
A weird thing : In your file, Camera Only is selected, but the geometry is exported as well in alembic file ! (tested twice).
@Jimstar :
On more very weird thing : with the blend file provided by Kavorka I don't get the server crash that I get each time with mine !
Once one render is achieved with Kavorka's file, I don't close Blender and create a new default scene. I hit render... and get a server crash !!!
Jim, please, could you send me your simple Blender default scene with the camera and cube in order to allow me a test with an other file ?
Something in Blender default file seems to crash the server ! I searched in my user preferences, and couldn't find any clue. I wanted to send you my config files, but Blender for Octane does't have any config folder by default. I added an empty config folder with the hope that Blender for Octane would fill it with Bookmarks.txt, recent-files.txt, startup.blend and userpref.blend as it is in the Official blender version, but when I launched Blender for Octane the next time, The default file din't show Octane render any more. So I removed the config folder.
Then, I closed Blender for Octane, reopened it and created an empty config folder WHILE Blender for Octane was open. I saved the user preferences and the startup file. Next time Blender for Octane opened correctly and shown Octane render. So I attach to this post my Zipped config folder, in the hope you will find something interesting in it or will be able to reproduce my server crash bug...
I have reinstalled Blender for octane several times without change, even from fresh download in case of file corruption. I still get crash except with Kavorka's file !

Ya, the camera path I think is just a bad idea. I was thinking it would help me keep a smooth transition around the building. This pass is for our animatic just to set timing and overall composition, so the camera was just quickly setup to get the right look.
I also tried deleting keyframes and moving keyframes to see what happens, but I still get shakyness at the same time.
I'm gonna see what happens if I recreate it without a path and see if I get any shaking. We did a couple other camera tests of the inside without a path and so far no shaking.

@Kavorka : have you tried with the camera parented to an empty having a clamp constraint moving along on a regular nurbs or bezier curve, and a tracking constraint to an empty or whatever object (moving or not) ? This way you will not have any keyframe on the camera itself.
For the parenting of the camera on the object moving along the curve, instead of regular parenting you can also try the Child Of constraint and the Copy Location constraint. Sometimes a trouble with one of the methods can be solved by using one of the others...

We have redone the exterior and first part of the interior. This got rid od most of the shaking, but not all of it. There is still a little bit of it.
@Jimstar: I know you are all very busy working on 2.0, but is this something that is known why it is being caused and can be fixed for next release?

Hmm, it's actually worse than I originally thought. The camera is slightly shaking for longer amounts of time now. It was doing large shaking for a short time before.
