Hi Marcus,

Do you have an idea when the 3.02+ SDK will be passed to jimstar so he can compile a kepler version for the maya integrated renderer?
I need this for a big animation I have to render out, the 680's are all sitting there just need the new maya update....

Cheers,
JF.

Thanks Marcus,

The driver is 304.51 (I have updated my sig).

I tried to load the spaceships ocs file. Once loaded I noticed that the number of tris was still at zero and once I clicked on the node the following errors happened:

Code: Select all

CUDA error 700 on device 0: An exception occurred on the device while executing a kernel. The context cannot be used anymore and must be destroyed. All existing device memory allocations from this context are invalid and must be reconstructed.
    -> Kernel execution failed (dl)
CUDA device 0: Direct lighting failed
Are these ocs files out of date and too old? Are there newer versions available if this is the case? I'm going to do some more testing this weekend and try and figure out what the problem is.

The error just indicates that the material preview fails. Could have many reasons. Which driver are you using?

Cheers,
Marcus
