Seems like all logical processors are taxed .
Blender Octane IPR Slow Viewport tumbling
Weird thing though , in version 2019.1.7 that was suggested by support the cpu is not taxed at all but the lag is the same.
So it seems it must be something else that is slowing down the viewport since some of the other users see the same CPU reaction
but no lag in the viewport.
If I use the Show Octane Viewport it runs smooth!
Though the utilization of the CPU spikes to 100%
Is there a way to use the Octane Viewport only since it's so fast and disable the Octane rendering in the Blender viewport?
That might be the only solution for me right now , and a way to navigate the Octane viewport since it's camera center of rotation seems to be completely off.

I went ahead and reinstalled windows and tumbling in Octane is working well now!!!
Must have been something in the system causing this. Though please take a look at why the CPU still gets taxed,
v 2019.1.5 did not cause Octane Server to tax the CPU.
